This Privacy Policy governs matters related to the collection, processing, use, and security of Users' personal information based on Mongolia's Personal Information Protection Law.
"Tsakhim Digital Garage" LLC ("Data Controller") protects personal data when the user ("You" or "User") registers and uses the "Digital Garage" electronic car service trading system ("Digital Garage"). Your personal information will be collected, processed, and used following the conditions and procedures specified by the law, ensuring the security of the information. Users are responsible for fully familiarizing themselves with this "Privacy Policy" before registering with "Digital Garage". By activating the "I accept" button, you fully accept the terms outlined in the "Privacy Policy". Activating the "Digital Garage" button is considered as giving electronic permission to collect, process, and use your personal data while using "Digital Garage".
If you refuse to accept the conditions specified in the "Privacy Policy," you can activate the "I refuse" button. Please note that in this case, the Data Controller will not collect, process, or use your data, and it will not be possible to fully use Digital Garage as intended.
Any relationship not governed by this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the Personal Information Protection Law of Mongolia.

The auto service trade system application of "Tsakhim Digital Garage" LLC collects information about citizens and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as "Users" and "Subscribers") in the following cases. This includes:
The Data Controller collects, processes, and uses the information based on the electronic consent given by the User.
Collect, process, and use the User's personal information to ensure the continuous, reliable, and normal operation of "Digital Garage," to develop the system, and to offer services with easy and simple solutions that meet the wishes and interests of the User. The Data Controller shall not collect, use, or transmit information for purposes other than those specified herein.
The following terms in this "Privacy Policy" shall be understood as follows. This includes:
"Information collection" means the activity of acquiring, compiling, and recording
"Information processing" means the classification, storage, analysis, modification, deletion, and recovery of information at the request of the User.
"Using information" means the activity of using, transmitting, and familiarizing with information.
In collecting, processing, and using user data, the Data Controller shall adhere to the principles of not compromising the accuracy and integrity of your data and ensuring data security.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information related to them and is responsible for the legal consequences of incomplete or inconsistent information.
The data subject is "Tsakhim Digital Garage" LLC, established under the Company Law of Mongolia.
The user shall address issues related to the terms and conditions and implementation of this Privacy Policy via email to [email protected], including suggestions, requests, and complaints.
The Data Controller collects, processes, and uses the following information to ensure the continuous, reliable, and normal operation of "Digital Garage" and to provide full access to the User. This includes:
"User's last name, first name, civil registration number, date of birth, age, gender, residential address, postal address, electronic signature, order information, order process, bank account number, credit and debit card number, order confirmation, contact phone number, order and transaction history, information with avatar pictures;"
Consumer credit information, loan repayment, and history information;
Information related to the recipient's name, amount, transfer date, and transaction confirmation related to transactions made on 'Digital Garage';
Registration, wallet information, liked goods, and other electronic data generated during the use of 'Digital Garage';
If the User creates an account in 'Digital Garage' with a Facebook account, the User's information will be collected from Facebook (Meta). This collected information will include details that the User has agreed to disclose, such as last name, first name, email address, date of birth, gender, etc. The User will then proceed to the Facebook login link and enter their name and password to complete the registration in 'Digital Garage'.
Information about customer requests, suggestions, complaints, their resolution process, and results;
The data controller collects the following information in the context of developing "Digital Garage" software, creating simple and easy applications based on new information technology solutions, and preventing illegal access. It includes:
IP address information, web browser, operating system used, time of access to the 'Digital Garage' registration address, and geographic location information;
User's electronic signature and electronic identifier information;
Data automatically collected by means of cookies, which are files or lines of code accessed online
The Data Controller will process and use the User's data in the following cases. The Data Controller will not process or use User data in any form other than the conditions described below, including:
In case of delivery of the ordered goods or clarifications regarding the order;
Send notifications and information to your mobile phone via e-mail;
Use for delivery operations to the registered address of the user;
During user identification and verification;
During the review of complaints submitted by users;
To improve the control of the information security of "Digital Garage" and to conduct tests related to it;
Software development and testing in Digital Garage;
Testing of new products and module development introduced in "Digital Garage";
During technical repairs;
Total users, orders, etc. for Digital Garage customer research and monitoring
To deliver new products, services, and discount information to users;
To provide information on discounts on new products and services offered by "Official Distributors" to users.
The data controller will process and use the information during the period from the registration of the User to "Digital Garage" until the registration is closed.
The Data Controller will respect the privacy of the User and store the registration information of "Digital Garage" for the period specified in the cyber security regulations approved by the Government of Mongolia.
The data controller stores the information entered into the User's system on its server in Amazon EC2. The user is responsible for not disclosing the login name and password to others.
The Information Provider is not responsible for any harm or damage caused to the User's page caused by the loss of access rights to others. The Data Controller warns that access to the data will not be possible using the User's access rights.
To improve our services, we will retain audio recordings of calls made to the Digital Garage directory for as long as is required by law.
In the case provided by the law of Mongolia, the User's information will be disclosed to the public at the request of the authorized government organization.
The Data Controller will not disclose the User's personal information except as specified in Section 5.1 of the Privacy Policy.
User data will be transferred in the following cases: It includes:
In the event of purchasing products and services on credit or with the condition of paying in later installments at the request of the consumer, relevant information necessary for the investigation of the consumer's credit will be transmitted to the creditor. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you, the User, will be deemed to have given your consent to the transfer of said information to the Lender.
Upon request from an authorized reseller, the User's data will only be reviewed about the products and services sold by the reseller.
As the Data Controller, we assure you that your data will not be transferred, distributed, or sold to third parties for profit, nor will it be used for any profit outside of the service needs.
An authorized official appointed by the data controller has the right to access
your personal information. These officials are strictly prohibited from disclosing your personal information to third parties or using non-public information for
personal gain. Any authorized official who violates these regulations shall be held liable.
The user has the right to change the information in "Digital Garage" and the settings of their account at any time.
The user has the right to revoke permission for the collection, processing, and use of the information provided to the Data Controller at any time within the framework of exercising their right to privacy. Along with this request, the Data Controller has the right to request the deletion of the user's stored data. Requests for revocation of consent and requests
for personal information deletion shall be sent to [email protected] and processed accordingly.
The user's cancellation request will be investigated within 3-5 working days. If "Digital Garage" receives a request to delete the account and personal information, the relevant information will be promptly deleted, and a response will be provided to notify the user. Consequently, "Digital Garage" will refrain from collecting, processing, or using the user's information again.
Upon the user's request, measures to change and correct their information will be implemented.
If you experience loss of your data due to cyber attacks, wrongful actions of authorized officials, or damage to the software database, the Data Controller will immediately notify you at your registered email address and mobile phone number. Follow the instructions provided to proceed with the notification process.
The data subject has the right to amend the Privacy Policy. In the event of changes to the privacy policy, it will be publicly published on the www.garage.mn website, and the User is responsible for familiarizing themselves with it.
If the "Privacy Policy" in effect at the time of the customer's order changes during the delivery process, the previous "Privacy Policy" will remain valid until the product is received.
